Rapid Prototyping Recap
Thank you to everyone who came to our Rapid Prototyping event! We explored the process of rapid prototyping through creating low fidelity desk organizers based on a few chosen objects. Customizing these organizers to hold these mismatched objects along with a short time limit challenged us to ideate and design creatively. Rapid prototyping is a crucial way to have direct insight on usability, spot flaws early, and explore ideas in a cost-effective way. This activity also spotlighted membership benefits, with both prizes and snacks provided.
Author’s Note: The judging panel seemed to be pretty cruel and extremely biased against me specifically.
